At Hampden Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS return label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our boutique, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
